Venture-Captain / Venture-Lieutenant

Venture-Captains and Venture-Lieutenants are the actual DMs running the scenario or the "store owner" organizing the events?

Venture-Captains is the same as regional coordinators?

After an scenario is completed the DM reports it to paizo? how he does that? There is anyway to check the character "history" (list of played scenarios) for a given PFS character?

Whoever is organizing the events should be reporting them. A lot of people just don't report which is no good for the players or Paizo.

In your profile, under aliases, it should list your characters (assuming you've registered them). Each individual one should have a listing of what they played on thier profiles.

Venture Captains help organize events and provide support to people running games in a given area. So, they are not necessarily GMs or store owners. But they usually do some of that.

After a scenario is done, whoever created the session online reports it here on the website. That may be the GM of the game or if there were several tables at an event, who ever coordinated the whole event.

If it is your own character, you can check your character's history on the "My Pathfinder Society" tab in the gray bar near the top of the page. You may have to click the Pathfinder Society logo, then it should show up. Click on "Sessions" near the character's name, and you can see that character's sessions.

1. you cannot check someone elses' history unless you are a Venture-Captain. If you know of a problem and don't have a venture officer in your location you could email mike (mike.brock@paizo.com) and apprise him of the situation and he'll take things from there.

2. Venture Captains are the overall regional coordinators
Venture Lieutenants are assistants to the Venture Captains

Nope. That's personal information. If you want to know, you might ask nicely to have someone print you out their history. Keep in mind that they don't have to do this, though. It's also something I've never seen done. Most people operate on the "Honor System". Unless there's reason to believe someone's falsifying info, they trust them.

Nope. Venture Lieutenants help out Venture Captains in keeping things organized. I guess you could consider it one step below a Venture Captain. The duties of a Venture Lieutenant depend on what the Venture Captain needs done, so will vary from area to area.

if you know of an issue you can always email Mike (mike.brock@paizo.com) and apprise him of the issue and he can take things from there

Its something like this.

Mike Brock & Mark Moreland are the heads of PFS. (Kinda Ettinish if you ask me...)

Below them are regional coordinators called Venture-Captains. They help organize large areas, usually States (or internationally, countries) or sections of States/Countries if they're quite large in area or populous.

Below them are Venture-Lieutenants. We organize smaller areas that the VC's can't always get to, and we help our VC's however they require. We provide support to the GM's that are in our areas and help organize however we can.

Below VL's are everyday GM's and organizers.

Now, VC's and VL's can also GM, but we've got more responsibilities and a few benefits as well.

No, anyone may organize a PFS event. You do not need to be a Venture-Captain, Venture-Lieutenant, or a store owner to organize a PFS Event. I organize PFS events and I do not report to a Venture-Captain or a Venture-Lieutenant. I report the event directly to Paizo. And no, I'm not a store owner.

That is answered here:

The official answer is here:

http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/getInvolved

From there you can create a PFS event and report the results.

Thanks a lot! I love how quick I get good answers around here!

WHAT! We shall have no independent operators in this system of conformity. You will be receiving a package in the mail within 24 hours that will indoctrinate, er um, I mean inform you of your overlord, er um Venture leader so you can report, er um, reach out to them for help. Yeah, yeah that's it. Oh, and please accept a small gift. It's only a small vial of spring water. It's really good, you should drink it straight away. No really, DRINK IT!!!

But we're watching you. Oh, yes, indeed.

Not all VC's are as good at watching as they pretend to be doing. I was running for weeks and then emailed my VC and he didn't even know about our opertaion, I should have just kept my mouth shut about it and I would be in charge now. muhahahaha
