What exactly qualifies as small or tiny
Does that literally mean of that size category or something else?
Here is the pertinent text
You can also use a whip to grasp an unattended Small or Tiny object within your whip’s reach and pull that object into your square. To do so, you must hit AC 10 with a melee touch attack.
Can a character with Greater Improved Disarm, Disarm a bad guy of his wand with the first attack and with his iterative, assuming in range, snag it?
What a bout a short sword, or long sword?

In the "Weapon Size" section of http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons
"A weapon's size category isn't the same as its size as an object. Instead, a weapon's size category is keyed to the size of the intended wielder. In general, a light weapon is an object two size categories smaller than the wielder, a one-handed weapon is an object one size category smaller than the wielder, and a two-handed weapon is an object of the same size category as the wielder."
So, a medium short sword is tiny and a medium longsword is small.
According to http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wands the AC of a wand is 7, and since it's inanimate (-5 dex mod to AC), that implies it's tiny (+2 size mod to AC).
