I'm looking to boost my caster level and the only items I can find that have that effect are the Orange Prism Ioun Stone (30K) and the Prayer Bead of Karma for divine casters only (20K if the DM allows purchase of the single bead).
Can anyone think of anything else? Cheaper is good, consumable is OK.
The candle of invocation is also nice to have.

The Candle of Invocation's bonus spell slots and temporary access to higher-level spells are nice, but it specifically only boosts the cleric's spells per day, not his caster level.
A cleric whose alignment matches the candle's operates as if two levels higher for purposes of determining spells per day if he burns the candle during or just prior to his spell preparation time.
Focus items are a neat idea. I don't think the DM will add them to his current campaign, but maybe I can get them included the next one.
Increasing your caster level by even +1 is a pretty significant boost in power, so there's a reason there aren't many ways to do it. Caster level for casters is as important as BAB is for weapon users, and I don't know any way of increasing one's BAB beyond your character level.
Honestly beyond the stone and the prayer beads, those are the only ways that I know of.

Even if a weapon user can't increase their BAB, they have plenty of options to increase attack rolls, CMB, and CMD, which reflect your actual performance with a weapon. Other major aspects of weapon performance such as damage and number of attacks can also be boosted.
Casters can get extra spells through items, and can boost range, duration, damage and such with metamagic, but many measures of spell performance as one's ability to dispel magic or neutralize a poison are completely fixed by level aside from two expensive items, one of which is only usable by divine casters.
Even if it's too overpowering to add more items that boost caster level in general, I think there's a place for items that give casters bonuses to caster level checks, or that boost caster level for particular schools or subschools of spells, such as healing.
I do believe the Crown of the Kobold King raised one's Sorcerer caster level by 1. You have to defeat Merlokrep, King of the Truescale Kobolds to get it, though.
