How to keep on this paladin build?

Advice

The player cannot make up his mind on how to go on with his paladin: he would like to have every feat in the various books but of course he cannot.
At the moment he is most undecided whether to keep with the Power attack chain or switch to the shield chain (but not for TWFing with the shield, he doesn't have the dex for it).

He gets a feat at 6th? Or is for this when he goes to 7th?

As for the feats in question, I enjoy them but he really won't see much out of them till levels nine and 11 if he goes for the wings.

Do you allow 3.5 feats? I was always a fan of Practiced Caster...helps solve the issue of being three spell levels behind for spell resistance...and oh look, crafting starts to be a more viable option!

Not sure of what feat is that, since all my 3,5 material isn't in English.
Is it from the Player's handbook? and if not, what book is it from?

Practised Spellcaster gives +4 to caster level, up to your character level. Useful for casters without full caster level, such as Paladin.

You can accomplish almost the same within pure PF with Extra Traits (Magical Knack + whatever).

Though keep in mind trait bonuses don't stack with themselves.

EDIT: And Practiced Caster can be found in Complete Arcane or Complete Divine.
