Just because I saw this, I went in and tried it out.
Website Feedback doesn't seem to affect the other two, however:
If I start off with Customer Service expanded, then expand Product Discussion I wind up with CS collapsed and PD expanded. Collapsing PD at that point shows CS expanded again.
If I collapse CS then everything else works normally.
Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit, Firefox 14.0.1 [Extensions: Evernote, Greasemonkey. User Scripts: one custom one for work. Plug-ins: about 13, let me know if you need a list.]
EDIT: I should add that clicking CS while PD is expanded shows a spinny for a second, like it's trying to expand/collapse CS but it never actually does on the screen until I collapse PD again. It's clearly keeping track of which state the CS section should be in, but it's not rendering properly while PD is expanded.

For me, CS and PD seem linked, and if I expand WF.. the other two collapse. Then if I expand either of the other two, WF collapses.
It's not exactly a major issue... it's just something I have never seen before. I just can't seem to have all three open at the same time any longer. It is slightly humorous.
I tried it both on PC and iPad.
