If I play a dwarf and picks the armored hulk archtype in barbarian, I get this at second lvl.
"At 2nd level, an armored hulk moves faster in medium and heavy armor. When wearing medium or heavy armor, an armored hulk can move 5 feet faster than normal, to a maximum of her speed."
As a dwarf I have no momvent penalty in heavy armor. Does this still give me +5 movement?
It only increases your movement to a maximum of your speed. It won't increase it beyond that limit.
