Spell: Walk Through Space - Casting Time?

In Ultimate Combat, page 248 - the spell Walk Through Space has no casting time. It does reference the move action needed subsequently to engage the spell. Does this mean it is a move action to cast?

Spell are generally never cast as a move action.

The line must have been left out by accident. Since the most common casting time for spells is a standard action, I would use that.
