Making a dragon disciple and a little curious as to how full attack with bite and 2 claws will work at higher levels (once I have +6 BaB)
My understanding is the claws ability (as per the rules) grants me the ability at first level to use a full round attack to essentially do a double attack - one with each d4 claw.
Later, I add a bite attack to that. So my full round attack becomes 2 claw attacks and a bite attack at highest bonii
So what happens once I hit +6 BaB? Do I get 1 more claw or bite attack at -5 BaB, on top of my regular claw and bites? Same at 10 BaB?

Iterative attacks(the ones you get from +6 or higher BAB) don't apply to natural weapons. So if you only ever use your claws and bite, you'll have a claw/claw/bite and that's it.
If you hold a manufactured weapon in one hand and attack with it, you get your full attack sequence based on BAB with that weapon, and you can also attack with your other hand's claw and your bite (both at -5 because all natural attacks count as secondary when combined with manufactured weapons).
I can create an example if it would be helpful.

No. Natural attacks don't work the same way as weapon attacks, and their uses in a round are not dependent on your base attack bonus.
Natural Attacks: Attacks made with natural weapons, such as claws and bites, are melee attacks that can be made against any creature within your reach (usually 5 feet). These attacks are made using your full attack bonus and deal an amount of damage that depends on their type (plus your Strength modifier, as normal). You do not receive additional natural attacks for a high base attack bonus. Instead, you receive additional attack rolls for multiple limb and body parts capable of making the attack (as noted by the race or ability that grants the attacks). If you possess only one natural attack (such as a bite—two claw attacks do not qualify), you add 1–1/2 times your Strength bonus on damage rolls made with that attack.
Emphasis mine. Your natural attacks are separate from your weapon attacks. Even if you were level 1, if you had 2 claws and a bite, you could use them ALL at your full base attack bonus in a round. If you combined a weapon attack with it (as in, a short sword, one claw [since the other claw is holding the sword], and a bite) you'd make your short sword attack at your full base attack bonus, and then your claw and your bite but they would be at a -5 to attack (unless you possessed Multiattack feat, then they'd only be at a -2). Even when you hit a BAB of +6/+1, the number of natural attacks you can pull off doesn't change.
