ARG race creation spell like ability

Homebrew and House Rules

I have a question about the spell like ability at will trait.
Couldn't I just use true strike since it's a 1st level spell and just continuously cast it? That seems kind of cheap.
In theory it doesn't do damage to anyone or attack anyone, it just grants a +20 insight bonus.

In that same respect, I could also use a spell like blink or invisibility... That also seems a little unfair. Am I reading this all wrong or what?

Bc I'm looking at the possibility of making a standard power class using the flexible ability score quality (2rp)

+4dexterity trait (4rp) or +4 str trait (4rp)

And the at will spell like ability
I was thinking either invisibility (4rp)
Or
True strike (2rp)

This would allow you to build a crazy awesome fighter or rogue and still be within the standard power level. But it would just seem a little unfair. Am I doing this wrong?

Grand Lodge

The Race Building tool is like any other Pathfinding building tool. It's up to the GM to head off cheap munchkin tricks like this.

It's also why the tool will most likely NEVER be allowed in PFS.

Just to clarify

A Race that could have a +6 to str
+2 to con

And be ably to use true strike at will
That would be a killer fighter

Or a rogue that had

A +6 dex and +2 wiz or dex
And at will invisibility

I'm pretty sure true strike at will would be better for a rogue than for a fighter. A fighter wants to full-attack each round, not spend every other round casting true strike :)

In any case, LazarX is right. The race-building tool is primarily for GMs, not for players. The GM should strive for balance, even if the rules would allow something unbalanced.

Its also a monstrous trait. Which means most GMs would never allow as a PC race.
