Hi,
I received this order in the mail today (Player Character Folio), and it seems my friendly local postal worker decided to fold and wrap it up before putting it in the mail box.
I tried to file a report with Canada Post, but apparently I cannot do so because it's not a domestic package. I've been informed that I would have to get the sender to file a report with USPS to get the ball rolling... so... I was wondering if maybe you could file a report with USPS (who then would presumably file a report with CP, etc.)?
Realistically, I'm not expecting much to happen from this, but figure it won't hurt to file a complaint. I apologize for dragging Paizo into this, but apparently it's how the mail system works!
Thanks a bunch!

It usually not worth the trouble to try and file a complaint with the postal service, especially with an international shipment. Instead, I will just get you a replacement copy.
Please get what use you can out of the damaged one oyu have, and I will put a replacement copy into your sidecart to go out with your next subscription shipment. Once the replacement shows up, feel free to dispose of the damaged one as you see fit.
Thanks,
cos

Wow, thanks!
I figured it wouldn't be worth the hassle to deal with the Postal Service, but wanted my voice heard! Oh well.
If you are sending out another one, can you please try to make sure it ships out in the same box as a hardcover (my next order is Ultimate Equipment), so as to avoid more crumpling? :)
Thanks again cos. Paizo customer support is top shelf!
