Dear completely awesome customer service.

The release date of Ultimate Equipment made me think that the book would be put into the sidecart for my September shipment, since my August shipment is already quite big.

Would it be possible to put the book into sidecart until after the August shipment is out? If not, please cancel the order so I can place the order again, once the August shipment is out.

Well... I don't really have the ability to stop one item in your sidecart from shipping without stopping the whole thing. However, we don't need to cancel necessarily, because I have an alternative solution.

I have moved your Ultimate Equipment book out of your sidecart and back onto order 2156213. I then suspended this order until September 6th (which is when we will processing the September subscription shipments). This will be convenient holding place for the book until the August shipment has gone out.

Unfortunately, there is not a way for me to have the book move back into your sidecart automatically, so you will need to remind us. Therefore, once your August shipment has been processed, please send us a notice to move your Ultimate Equipment to the sidecart.
