Do negative to attack rolls aplly to CMB / CMD?

Rules Questions

Well the title pretty much explains it. If a creature is suffering a negative to attack rolls from a spell or condition (shaken, entangled, etc.) does the creature's CMB/CMD go down?

CMB
When you attempt to perform a combat maneuver, make an attack roll and add your CMB in place of your normal attack bonus. Add any bonuses you currently have on attack rolls due to spells, feats, and other effects. These bonuses must be applicable to the weapon or attack used to perform the maneuver. The DC of this maneuver is your target's Combat Maneuver Defense. Combat maneuvers are attack rolls, so you must roll for concealment and take any other penalties that would normally apply to an attack roll.

CMD
A creature can also add any circumstance, deflection, dodge, insight, luck, morale, profane, and sacred bonuses to AC to its CMD. Any penalties to a creature's AC also apply to its CMD. A flat-footed creature does not add its Dexterity bonus to its CMD.

Yes for CMB, you apply the AC modifier for CMD.

Thank you for the quick reply. After reviewing some of the conditions after reading I had a second question to add: If they take a negative to Dexterity (stunned, entangled) does that also lower the CMD?

Yes. Dexterity directly affects the CMD, same for strenght.

The only case where tohit penalties do not seem to apply is size modifiers. The specific cmd modifiers seem to take precident over specific size modifiers to hit.so a small creature doesn't get both a +1 to hit and a -1 cmb. They would otherwise candle each other out. Though I'm not sure where this is written in the rules.

Anyhow I hope that made sense its late here
