Crippling Strike and Dispelling Attack rogue talents

Rules Questions

Grand Lodge

Is the crippling strike rogue talent cumulative? It says "an opponent damaged by one of her sneak attacks also takes 2 points of Strength damage". Does this mean it takes 2 Strength damage for each successful sneak attack in that round, or it takes 2 Strength damage for the whole round as long as it was sneak attacked at least once?

Likewise, the dispelling attack rogue talent says "opponents that are dealt sneak attack damage by a rogue with this ability are affected by a targeted dispel magic, targeting the lowest-level spell effect active on the target". Again, does this mean PER SNEAK ATTACK it gets this added effect, or just once per round the rogue used sneak attack?

Liberty's Edge

In both cases, it is each time.
