when using light to dispell or counter darkness...
does the light spell simply have to be cast by a caster with a higher caster level... would the light spell have to have been prepared at a higher level slot... or would you have to use daylight to counter darkness as light is a 0 level spell and could never counter a 2 level spell.
note: I dont know if it matters but I am not talking about using it as a counter spell but to use it as a darkness spell in action and i want to disperse their darkness with a casting of light or daylight
highten spell or daylight would work, just preparing in a higher slot does not work.
