Hi,

I've ordered the Runelords hardcover today, and it's in the sidecart to be shipped with my next subscription shipment, rather than immediately. I just wanted to check that doing it this way qualifies for the free PDF for subscriber preorders. For information, I don't intend to cancel my AP subscription any time soon.

The two things you need to have in place to get the free PDF are:

  • Ordered prior to the street date of July 18. (Check!)

  • Active subscription when the book ships. *notes Charter subscriber tag* (Check!)

    Looks like you're good to go!

    I've received the shipment mail for this order (and the subscription order it was combined with) but the PDF isn't yet in my downloads (while the subscription PDFs are). When should I expect the RotR PDF link to appear, or is there a problem that needs manual action to be resolved?
