Even though they have mutations, you may want to look into the inshon miniatures from IronWind Metals.

The four armed one isn't bad, except for the four arms, I worry about the size as well. Honestly the best I've seen are the Slann Blood Bowl team but they are extremely difficult to locate. Or some of the darksword minis. But a ranger grippli and a knight grippli would warm my cold heart.

Dark Sword miniatures have some really good animorphs, but the painted minis they display on thier homepage are Not safe for work, so I wasn't able to see if they have more good frog ones ( I know they have a frog jester)
