Welcome to the latest installment of "Who Would Win?"
THE MATCH-UP
Peter Pan vs. Captain Jack Sparrow
In this thread we will be discussing a hypothetical scenario pitting two thematically-appropriate foes against one another. Assume the battle takes just offshore, aboard a pirate ship and the surrounding waters of a Neverland bay.
If you factor in the Lost Boys, you must also factor in an equal number of pirates.

I dunno... Seems pretty close.
On the one hand, we have Captain Jack. He's a devil-may-care rogue who isn't above playing dirty, which would definitely work to his advantage. He's proven himself a capable combatant on numerous occasions, and he's pretty tough, to boot.
On the other hand, we have Peter Pan, who not only has years of experience combating pirates and a youthful vigor unmatched by most, but he can fly, which could turn into a huge advantage, especially given the shows of agility we've been privy to. Not only that, but he can spin a lie or bluff pretty darn well, too.
Honestly, between the two, I can't really picture a winner. Assuming they were both fighting on even ground, I'd declare it pretty much a draw, with luck being the primary factor in who got who first.
Looking at the assistance each has, however, there is no contest. The pirates from Pirates of the Caribbean are, well, pirates, and the Lost Boys only have practice combating lame animated pirates. The outcome is pretty predictable.
Taking all this into account, I imagine that the crew becomes the deciding factor. Captain Jack and Peter would duke it out for a while, each giving as good as he gets, until poor Peter finds out that his buddies have been captured, and Jack promptly captures him, then Tinkerbell, and then uses her magic pixie dust to learn how to fly, thus becoming an even more famous pirate.
Winner: Captain Jack and the Crew of the Black Pearl!

On the one hand, pirates are Pan's favorite foe, and he has tons of experience fighting them. Actually, I think Peter Pan has been fighting aboard pirate ships for longer than any living pirate has, Jack included.
On the other hand, prideful and easily-antagonized opponents with low-to-middling Sense Motive modifiers are Jack's favorite opponents...
As for Peter Pan being a children's story: as children's heroes go, Pan really isn't all that predictable, goofy, bumbling, or even merciful. You guys know that Pan and the Lost Boys kill pirates, right? Personally, I don't quite think that Pan is even good-aligned...
Jack can fight, but I think Hook can fight better. Hook is older, and very tall, and more broad-of-shoulder. DISCLAIMER: That is not to say that Hook is a superior pirate - Captain Sparrow eats glorified thugs like Hook for breakfast. Jack would pose a physical threat to Pan, but I don't think he has anything going for him in the way of swordsmanship that Pan hasn't seen before. Also, Peter is agile as hell, and generally not to be screwed with. He might be just a kid, but he's been around for a long time.
He is a little more easy-to-fool than Sparrow, though. And prideful and selfish as all heck. If the fight went to Jack, I think it'd be thanks to some kind of bluff or trick on Jack's part.

Peter Pan doesn't have an awesome song like Captain Jack Sparrow does. (warning: strong language...and Michael Bolton)

I think Jack would first Parlay with Peter, then get him drunk and laid and the leave in his ship. Peter and Wendy would have a much different relationship from here on out.
Only if Jack could remember how to say "parlay". Otherwise Peter would just think he was asking to borrow something from the spice rack.

Peter Pan.
He can fly, and his reflexes haven't been utterly destroyed by decades of abusing alcohol brewed under extremely flaky circumstances at best,......along with other substances, some quite possibly even worse than sniffing the fumes from heated tar buckets on the odd days that one has squandered one's rum ration in an all or nothing game of mumbly pegs.
