So Natural Armor seem to be odd when it comes to stacking, and I am trying to track down some things.

Here is what I am seeing, My Alchemist seems to have a Natural Armor of +10 when all buffed up (in HeroLabs) and after looking for closely it does not seem to be accurate. Here is where all his bonuses are coming from.

+2 natural armor bonus from Mutagen
+4 natural armor bonus from monstrous physique II
+4 natural armor enhancement bonus from barkskin

Now do all these stack?

It seems to me the enhancement bonus would only with the greater of the first 2, or is "natural armor bonus" considered untyped?

It does appear to be wrong. When you see the term "natural armor bonus", you get the highest value (all creatures are assumed to have at least a +0 NA bonus value). Barkskin will provide an enhancement bonus to your natural armor bonus.

Unfortunate that they call it a natural armor "bonus" when it should just be your natural armor "score". Then they could avoid confusion.
