Ok I original designed this for an Artificer in an older campaign it was based off the weapon from the anime Outlaw Star it was a gun/weapon called a "Caster".
Caster
Was a gun that shoots bullet's that are imbued with with magic (in other words it would cast the spell instead of shooting a shell)
Also the shells could only be Touch Attack or Range Touch Attack's.
Absolutely no spells that need concentration or that can be controlled through taking a turn to change the spell.
It takes a Move Action to reload a shell.
I would post more of the stuff but i first want to hear people thoughts on what i have up now then i will put up how to make one and the shells.
