Thank you guys. I really appreciate the help.

I have to agree with both of you and the thank god someone has read the book. FYI Icemen are just strong water crafters to the point of be able to talk between each other through there emotions and things of that nature. Now metal crafters i would think are a combination of Barbarian's and Fighter due there ability to strengthen metal from there armor and sharpen there swords. I was also thinking that Air crafters would be Rogues. Water Crafters have been the one that keep making me pull out my hair they are healers but would the be a form of Cleric or something else. Also the Marat i was thinking was more like Druid's with the animal totems that Pathfinder brought up in i think Advanced Player Guide. Canim you are right they are fighters and Bloodspeakers which would be a witch with their coven. Was also thinking that maybe breaking the fury's up for starting out classes with where people would only have one fury and maybe getting multiple fury's later. Fire Crafters are either wizards on the elemental path of fire or they are sorcerer that i have to build there blood line for. Either way all this information is great and helpful thank you all of you.

Thanks guys for the information.

Anyone else able to throw idea's out to help with making the game.

I was wondering if anyone has converted the Homunculus form the eberron books due to i find the Pack Mate and Expeditious Messenger I thought where really interesting and find them useful to any party.

interesting fact.

That might work but the question would be would that make classes to overpowered. If giving the Fighter an ability he could call on so many times a day that would take his Great Sword and make into a +1 Great Sword(aka. Metal crafting). Also was thinking about having there fury become more powerful as they leveled (example now instead of the Great Sword just become a +1 Great Sword making making where they could make it a +2 Great Sword with Vorpal as the use there fury's more and more). Making them more and more powerful. so in that case would that make them to OP with the ability already designed in the classes if i decided to go that route. As this would remove should i remove the chose to muti-class due to that could make them way to OP. These are some of the questions and. Bringing the Dragon Marks back might work. But i am most likely going to have to build all new class from the ground up to a point. Could take the base classes and make a few changes i think are going to be my best bet.

Great idea AdamMeyers thank you really.

Anyone else has some i am all ears.

Ok I original designed this for an Artificer in an older campaign it was based off the weapon from the anime Outlaw Star it was a gun/weapon called a "Caster".

Caster
Was a gun that shoots bullet's that are imbued with with magic (in other words it would cast the spell instead of shooting a shell)

Also the shells could only be Touch Attack or Range Touch Attack's.

Absolutely no spells that need concentration or that can be controlled through taking a turn to change the spell.

It takes a Move Action to reload a shell.

I would post more of the stuff but i first want to hear people thoughts on what i have up now then i will put up how to make one and the shells.

Hell i had one that was obsessed with constructs to the point of making every constructs that D&D had every come out with in the end at 25 he had 74 constructs that he controlled. Yes i know kind of pointless but it was the fun of making the char more than the point of it.

To be honest i liked the artificer due to how versatile the class was it could be DPS, or it could be a healer, or it could be buffing and debuffing i loved that fact alone it was class you could play multiple times and never have to play the same way twice.

Well i thought that at first but but you have where with Firecrafters are more or less Sorcerers. The Watercrafters are healers. The Earthcrafters would be like barbarians. Woodcrafters are scouts or archers. and aircrafts are like rogue. i know i would take a standard action to call upon there fury. plus they could only call so many times per day and as they level there fury's would open more and more powerful things for them to do. Hence why i started straying away from domains.

Only time i ever hated the monk was in 3.0 when they came out with this Protection Prestige class that made monk's retarded. Such as with a level 20 wizard throwing Disintegration and the monk just at level 10 5 level in monk and 5 level in Protection class could just redirect like it was an arrow he was catching. Other than that i have to say monk's are able to be used in any world like one said adding armor and calling it brawler, or even having him follow a religion that his god has not blessed him with divine power traveling the world trying to figure out why. I mean the monk is one of the classes that can be changed for any circumstance in any type of world. Plus the have add the Samaria and the ninja which i did not hear you say anything about which both are so eastern it not even funny plus both of them are harder to change into anything else.

That was kind of the point of an artificer they where the fix it all for not having a wizard, druid or cleric of course if you know what you are doing you could break the game but the main point is to fill in for the spell caster you don't have with there crafting setup. The class is for those that will control themselves not someone who is a power gamer because guess what any class could be broken if you knew what you where doing. Great example druids with Eschew Materials as a feat at level 1 means that at level 20 you are still casting level 9 spells for nothing due to the druid the effect of replace a spell material for mistletoe because you are a druid.

All the link's go to the same page if you could repost them please so i could see what they where suppose to be

Ok i have been reading these by Jim Butcher and was wondering if there is a way to build the concept into a pathfinder game the series is "Codex Alera" More or less everyone in the world has the abilty to control elements called Fury's you have metal fury which are more or less fighters but they can Strength the steel of there weapons and armor through calling their fury there is much more detail if you ask i can answer but how would i go about making such a class to run a game with this type of build.

OK guys thanks for all the help. I will have to keep all that in mind.

Ok i am producing an Microsoft Excel Document that is Pathfinder Char sheet with all the formulas, Races, and Classes i am having a problem with Skills (Craft & Profession) i was wondering if there is a full list of what is considered a Craft and what is considered Profession. Also i need to know what is Craft skill for Gun-smithing if you don't take the feat.
