Simple question that dances across the difference between Rules as Intended and Rules as Written.
Two-Weapon Rend provides you with a bonus D10+1.5 Str adjustment damage once per round when you manage to hit a single opponent with both weapons in your two-weapon set.
The Agile weapon enhancement allows you to use your Dexterity adjustment instead of your Strength adjustment for damage dealt with the enhanced weapon.
So, if both of your weapons are enhanced with Agile, do you get to use 1.5 Dex adjustment instead of Str?

Nope, you'd need a different feat or weapon property for that.
IF you've got a nice GM maybe they'd let you, but DEX is already one of the best stats, letting more abilities pile on make it even more valuable and can harm game balance.
In light of this comment, I suppose I should clarify my own. If it is a full or large party of PCs, I'd probably say no. If it's a smaller party (3 or less), I'd definitely say yes.

TBH I'm not sure, I'd say yes, BUT there is a bit of an issue, as two-weapon rend doesn't actually use a weapon's damage.
If this is for Society Play, talk to the DM beforehand if possible or ask in the society forums (I've never done society play so i don't know how that is done)
For a "home" game, talk to the DM.
"Agile
Source: Pathfinder Society Field Guide
Aura moderate transmutation; CL 7th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, cat's grace; Price +1 bonus.
DESCRIPTION
This enhancement can only be placed on a melee weapon which is usable with the Weapon Finesse feat.
Agile weapons are unusually well balanced and responsive. A wielder with the Weapon Finesse feat can choose to apply her Dexterity modifier to damage rolls with the weapon in place of her Strength modifier . This modifier to damage is not increased for two-handed weapons, but is still reduced for off-hand weapons."
"Two-Weapon Rend (Combat)
Striking with both of your weapons simultaneously, you can use them to deliver devastating wounds.
Prerequisites: Dex 17, Double Slice, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, Two-Weapon Fighting, base attack bonus +11.
Benefit: If you hit an opponent with both your primary hand and your off-hand weapon, you deal an additional 1d10 points of damage plus 1-1/2 times your Strength modifier. You can only deal this additional damage once each round."
EDIT: Doh, ninjaed =)
