Expeditious Service

July 4, I placed an order for a couple PDF and a play-mat. The play-mate was the first physical thing I've ordered from them. After reading their shipping schedule, I fully expected to wait almost 3 weeks before the play-mat arrived.

July 5, I received an e-mail saying them the play-mate has been shipped from their warehouse. The following Monday, July 9, the play-mate was in my hands.

All I have to say is, "Kudos for Paizo's expedient service!"
