I have a PFS#, I have a character that I played a pbp PFS intro with - how do I or do I need a unique number for the charcter - do I have to register him in some way, how wdo I do it.

So you have a five-digit PFS number? Go to My Pathfinder Society (logging in if necessary), scroll to the bottom and click 'Register a new character'. Enter in at least a name and a faction, and you're done - if your PFS number is XXXXX, your character will be XXXXX-1 (and the next one will be XXXXX-2, etc.)
