Am I the only one who has a problem getting these printed at places like OfficeMax or UPS. Every place in town says they can not print the pdfs due to copyright violations

It might be useful to point them to the Paizo FAQ. And specifically the PDF questions section:

"Can I print my PDF, or have it professionally printed?
You may print one copy of any Paizo PDF for personal use. Note that this only applies to products that list Paizo Publishing as the copyright holder—other publishers may have different policies; you'll need to contact them directly."

Hopefully they'll accept that.
