I'd recommend the old Dungeon magazine paths for that - Shackled City, Age of Worms, and Savage Tide. With some minor or no adjustment to the early adventures you can start at level 2 fine (my STAP group started at 2 with no adjustments to the book other than beefing up the enemies because it was a Gestalt game) or even level 3 if you're willing to put in a bit of extra work.
They're written for 3.5, but shouldn't take too much trouble to convert to PF.

If you play Legacy of Fire then you can follow it up by sandboxing with City of Brass.
I reckon that will get you up to level 23 or 24.
Alternatively, you can follow almost any Adventure Path with Coliseum Morpheuon. Which will also take you to epic levels.
