Hey, I`m about to start my first PF campaign (although i have a long experience with 3.5), and when I say "about to" i mean in 5-6 minutes, so I`ll have to be brief :)
One of the players is a summoner, and he pointed out that using wounds and vigor points system is very imbalanced with summoned creatures. He can summon dongs who are more tough than him.
How should I treat summons and creatures with the wounds/vigor system?

Thanks a lot, and sorry for having to be quick, I hope everything in my post is clear :)

RAW? Don't know - but I've seen a lot of folks apply the variant only to PCs, and leave everyone else with HP. It preserves the cinematic feel for your players (and toughens them up a bit, early on) without complicating your work for the rest of the world. Haven't tried it yet, meself, but it's a thought.

D20 Star Wars used a similar system (wounds/vitality). Heroic characters had wounds and vitality. This would be PCs and BBEG. Mooks and creatures just had HP equal to constitution score. I would say replicate that here. Drop the xp for mooks a step, because they die easily. Follow the xp guidelines for PC class characters for your BBEGs.
