You'd need to take tiefling and tack on a half-troll template. The latter would determine regenerative capability.

Tieflings aren't half breeds. They have outsider blood in their lineage. A half breed would be the half-fiend template.
You could always get Paizo's advanced race guide and build one using the race builder rules.

The main way you'd make a tiefling troll, mechanically, is to take a troll and add the fiendish template.

Tieflings are a leftover from 2e (particularly Planescape), which didn't have monster templates, so every single variant of a monster or race had to be its own thing. 3e introduced templates in order to eliminate that.

The impresion i got from blood of fiends is that when a creature is a tiefling it does not appear the race of the parents matters alot. Ie a Tiefling with elf parents will probly have elfy charactaristics but otherwise be identical to a tiefling with human parents. Presumably this holds true for a tiefling with troll parents.

Though to be honest I find the template option, often to be incredibly boring and unoriginal, I do not like the fiendish template to start with.
