PFS Character Registration

I am extremely new to PFS. The closest PFS meetup is a 45 minute drive out in suburbia. I've been interested in PBP lately too and thought I could knock out both these interests at once.

I have run into a problem with registering characters through the site though. Upon clicking "save changes" it takes me back to the registration window and says I have no characters. I have read at least 2 long since dead threads about the same issue I am experiencing. I have also emailed one tech about this issue. Any thoughts?

Sorry about that! All our techs have already left for the day so we can't look into this until Monday. For now my best guess is that maybe you should try creating a character, not filling in all the spaces and hit save changes immediately just in case a server's timing out on you. If it saves OK then you should be able to go back and edit the character and add whatever information you want after that.

Yeah, I think Gary hit the nail on the head here. I've had that same problem. If you take too long on a new character it won't save right.
