I'm playing in a campaign where the only races allowed are Elf, Half-Elf, Half-Orc, and Human. Only the two Half races can be Oracles. And Half-Elves are despised by both parent races. I'm looking at building a Half-Elf Oracle (Dark Tapestry) with the Tongues curse and his Skill Focus used on Stealth. My rolled Abilities are currently Str 11, Dex 13, Con 12, Int 15, Wis 7, and Cha 16 (+2 Racial, so 18). I've taken Cloak of Darkness (+4 AC, +2 Stealth) and Touch of the Void ( touch 1d6 cold, 7/day) as my Revelations after using my Feat for Extra Revelation. We're only allowed Social Traits, so I took Rich Parents for the increased options on starting gear. As for why I chose Oracles, I really like the versatility and flavor.
Any advice? Completely open to munchkin ideas since this will be the first time I haven't been required to play a healer in.... 3 years, I think.

Touch of the Void is TERRIBLE. It starts useless and just becomes uselesser. I had to invent a new word for how bad of a revelation it is.
Dark Tapestry is all about the spells, since the only really good revelations you'll get are Many Forms, which should definitely be your 3rd level choice, and Wings of Darkness, which should be your 7th.
Pierce the Veil is decent, especially if you want to be stealthy, so it's probably worthwhile as your first level Revelation. Cloak of Darkness is ok, but at first when you're only using it for 1 hour per day, it's not that great, and your Rich Parents trait gives you the ability to start with a breastplate, which will be better ac than the revelation anyway. You do realize that it doesn't stack with armor? I'd probably take it, but probably wait on it, since your breastplate beats it for a while. Or did you have something specific in mind for the extra money?
Stats array I'd use with those #'s is 11,15,13,12,7,18. You'll be getting 5 skill points per level, which should be plenty. You want that dex for ac and your presumed interest in stealth.
Revelations I'd recommend:
1) Pierce the Veil
3) Many Forms
7) Wings of Darkness
11) Read the Tapestry
15) Dweller in Darkness
I'd say to take Cloak of Darkness after level 7 by using a feat for extra revelation, but you may find at that level that whatever armor you have is a big step up. Only take it if you find armor check penalties REALLY getting in the way.
Sean FitzSimon wrote a great oracle guide here. Check it out.
Since you have skill focus: stealth, It's always worth checking out eldritch heritage feats for shadow bloodline. The first level power isn't great, but the 9th is nice and so is the 15th. If your DM allows you to take wildblooded versions, the 1st level power gets better.
