Hello,
Anyone know of some good computer programs for creating world maps? I suck a drawing and it would help move some of the things I am creating for my next campaign along. Also ones to create dungeons maps and maps for decks of ships/spheres will be helpful as well, as it is going to be a Spelljamming campaign.

Campaign Cartographer is a good programme to check out.
Otherwise I'd suggest just using Photoshop and following some of the tutorials available on the excellent Cartographer's Guild website.
