Firearms are a bit of a weird mechanic in Pathfinder, and because of their variance in how players often houserule them, I want to ensure that the answers I get are compatible with Pathfinder Society. So I'm going to ask my questions here:
-Gunsmith - Can a non-Gunslinger take the Gunsmith feat in Pathfinder Society? For example, could you have a Wizard with Gunsmithing?
-Double-Barreled Pistols and Attack Rolls - Do you roll an attack roll for /each/ shot made with a Double-Barreled Pistol if you "use the same action" to shoot both chambers at one target? Or do you roll just one attack roll for both? (Basically, would True Strike work on both shots, or just the first.)
-Double-Barreled Pistols and Reloading and Alchemical Cartridges - Double-Barreled Pistols have two chambers. I'm unsure as to how reloading works for this. Do you need to reload both chambers each? If Alchemical Cartridges reduce the time to reload a firearm by one step, does an Alchemical Cartridge allow you to use a Move Action to reload both chambers of a Double-Barreled Pistol? Do you need to use two Alchemical Cartridges or one, to reload a Double-Barreled Pistol?
-Abundant Ammunition and Alcehmical Cartridges - If I cast Abundant Ammunition on a pouch with one Alchemical Cartridge in it, will it continuously replenish the Alchemical Cartridge in the pouch when I take it out?

Pretty sure the can. Just remember that Gunsmithing doesn't grant proficiency.
Separate rolls, true strike only on the first.
Each chamber loads individually. So with alchem. cart. a move action gets you one barrel. Remember that rapid reload and alchem. cart. would mean you can load each barrel as a free action.
-Abundant Ammunition and Alcehmical Cartridges - If I cast Abundant Ammunition on a pouch with one Alchemical Cartridge in it, will it continuously replenish the Alchemical Cartridge in the pouch when I take it out?
It replaces the ammo on the next turn, so you'd only have one shot a round. You'd need two in order to fire both barrel of a double barrel pistol, and even more if you can make iterative attacks.

Firearms are a bit of a weird mechanic in Pathfinder, and because of their variance in how players often houserule them, I want to ensure that the answers I get are compatible with Pathfinder Society. So I'm going to ask my questions here:
This isn't nearly as confusing as it sounds and I think it's all pretty straightforward. I would strongly suggest spending some time over on the "Additional Resources" (http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/additionalResources) page which will outline what is and is not allowed in PFS and answers your first question (which is the PFS specific question).
-Gunsmith - Can a non-Gunslinger take the Gunsmith feat in Pathfinder Society? For example, could you have a Wizard with Gunsmithing?
"The following two feats function differently in Pathfinder Society Organized Play than they do in regular games:
Gunsmithing does not grant the ability to craft firearms, ammunition, or black powder. Rather, it allows the purchase of bullets, pellets, black powder, and alchemical cartridges (with 1 rank in Craft [alchemy]) at the listed reduced price, but does not grant a discount on the purchase of any firearm. Resold items gained through this feat are worth half the actual cost paid, not half the regular market value for the item. No PC can purchase a gun without this feat, even if they possess the Amateur Gunslinger or Exotic Weapon Proficiency (firearm) feats."In other words. If you want to be a non-gunslinger with a gun, you'll need to have both Gunsmithing and an Exotic Weapon Proficiency in firearms (and even with that, without Amateur gunslinger, jammed weapons will be a problem).
"A double-barrel pistol functions identically to a normal pistol in all ways, except that it can be fired twice before it needs to be reloaded. Anyone proficient with pistols is proficient with double-barrel pistols. Upgrades such as masterwork quality or rifling must be applied to each barrel individually, but it must be applied to both barrels if it is applied. Note that both barrels of a double-barreled weapon can be loaded with a single full-round action."
Think of a double barreled pistol as two pistols you hold in one hand. They even have to be enhanced separately. So to shoot both barrels you'd need something like Rapid Shot or iterative attacks to shoot more than once, and to use those abilities True Trike only would work on the one shot.
Also don't forget: "No character may purchase a firearm unless she possesses the Gunsmithing feat and firearms are never considered Always Available; a character must possess enough Fame to purchase any firearm not found on a Chronicle sheet or granted by a class feature." This means getting a hold of that double barreled pistol will take quite some time.
Refer back to the idea that each barrel is it's own weapon from above. You'll need to reload them separately. This can be done in two standard actions (with no benefits added), as two move actions using either rapid reload or alchemical cartridges, and as two free actions using alchemical cartridges and rapid reload combined.
-Abundant Ammunition and Alcehmical Cartridges - If I cast Abundant Ammunition on a pouch with one Alchemical Cartridge in it, will it continuously replenish the Alchemical Cartridge in the pouch when I take it out?
EDIT: Re-read your question. Jeffry Fox is correct, but I will expand. The spell states:
"at the start of each round this spell replaces any ammunition taken from the container the round before". Any does not equal one. It should continuously replace it IF you were to put a handful of cartridges in the pouch (enough to last however many times you wanted to fire), but do remember, if you fire your weapon on the last round the pouch is active, it won't replace those last shots.
