Young Creature Template

When I apply the young creature template, do I do the Ability score adjustments for the size change AND the adjustments listed on the template, or does the template outline the only ability changes I need to make?

Belle: To elaborate, my question was this: the rules for rebuild say to "decrease size by one category" and also -2 str+con and +4 dex

But when you look for resize rules, not in the Template, but just normal resize rules, it has different values for ability adustments. I was asking if, when it says to decrease the size, I should apply those changes, THEN the ability adjustments on the template, or just use the ones in the template, since they approximate the ones on the table.

Nah just the template. "Ability Scores –4 Strength, –4 Con, +4 size bonus to Dex." this replace what would normally be the bonus and penalities for changing size.
