I have 2 guest 3-day badges in my account. They both say "Kobold Quarterly" as the name. May I have Christina Stiles added above Kobold Quarterly? Not sure how many lines you can have on the badge.
The other badge would be for Tracy Stiles for KQ (email: christinalstiles@gmail.com)--I have successfully transferred his banquet ticket I purchased over to him.
Additionally, if these are indeed both guest badges from KQ, may I get a refund on the original 3-Day badge I purchased in this order: # 1864995 Placed November 8, 2011?

I have refunded you for the now-superfluous 3 Day Badge that you purchased on order 1864995 via Paizo store credit.
I have also gotten Tracy his 3 Day Badge from Kobold Quarterly, as well as the transferred banquet ticket. He should now be all set.
As for the customization options, the interface is a little wiggy for the comped guest badges, but I assure you that it will have your full name name with Kobold Quarterly as your title. If you or Tracy need any further changes from that, let me know.
