Specifically, I'm asking because I'm looking at 'moonlight stalker' for a character who will eventually use some concealment magic effects, won't sneak attack (or for very much anyhow), but will probably have reasonable stealth ability. It seems logical that moonlight stalker would trigger on the first attack out of stealth since it would trigger on the first attack out of invisibility but... I'm not sure the rules would support this taken very legally.
