1: Cross blooded Sorcerer takes two bloodlines that each say a spell gets +1 damage per damage die of spell, does this mean those get +2, or would stacking this qualify as two bonuses of the same type?
2: If that same Sorcerer became a Mystic Theurge and casts Flame-Strike would the damage bonus apply because he is still casting a spell that does fire damage, or not because it is not a sorcerer spell.
Orc Blooded: You gain the orc subtype, including darkvision 60 feet and light sensitivity. If you already have darkvision, its range increases to 90 feet. Whenever you cast a spell that deals damage, that spell deals +1 point of damage per die rolled.
Dragon Blooded: Whenever you cast a spell with an energy descriptor that matches your draconic bloodline's energy type, that spell deals +1 point of damage per die rolled.
Thanks in advance.

According to what I am seeing in the RAW, because the bonuses are unnamed bonuses (even though they come from Bloodline Arcana), they would stack.
So, a Cross-Blooded Sorcerer (Orc and Draconic) would have +2 points of damage per die rolled for a spell that deals damage of their draconic bloodline energy type.
The descriptor of the Orc Bloodline Arcana states it's whenever a spell deals damage. Nothing specific about a divine or arcane spell. So, yes you would add the Orc bonus damage. If your Draconic energy type was fire, you would add +2 per die rolled for the Flamestrike.
That's my interpretation based on reading the RAW from the pfsrd.
Cheers

I agree that Cross-Blooded doesn't need balancing. One fewer spell known per level is pretty harsh, and the -2 to Will saves ain't something to sneeze at.
As for cheesy munchkinism, yes there is potential for that, but there is potential everywhere for that. There are opportunities here for powergamers/minmaxers/rollplayers/roleplayers alike.
Crossblooded Half-orc Sorcerer (Orc and Draconic [Gold]) 4 / Oracle of Flame 4 / Mystic Theurge 1. I'm drooling at the story potential. Not exactly a prime build, though ;)
