Yes, we plan on having all July subscription products and the Rise of the Runelord subscription preorders available for PaizoCon pickup. Soon we will be emailing out all attendees' notice that this option is available.
Note that non-sub products in your sidecart will not be available for PaizoCon pickup, and will go out in the next shipment.

Well, it's not part of a subscription ... it's just a preorder. would this still get pulled for Paizocon pickup?
The RotR hardcover is not a part of any subscription, but it is one of those "kinda" subscription products we put out from time to time (i.e. free PDF for AP subscribers who preorder), and as such counts as a subscription product.
However, one important point I forgot to mention above is that it must be in your sidecart to count as a subscription shipment. Yours wasn't, but I have moved it into your sidecart so it will be pulled with your subscription stuff.
