As there is a problem with signing up for events, will you be posting a new time that you will be opening up again for sign in so that everyone has an equal chance at sign up or is it just going to be a matter of - 'Hey it's been 15 minutes better go check the event sign in to see if it is up.' - for the rest of the night?

One question. I know I had signed up for the Convocation before the site was taken down. Will I have to re-sign up for it tomorrow?
Yes. It was necessary to roll back the event signups to 2pm yesterday.

My husband and I had both signed up for the Magitech open event Friday from 8PM to 1PM. We were very excited to get into the open game.
Now it has both of us listed in Minion Quest which we did not sign up for, has taken us out of the game we did get (one of the few we were excited about) and now that game is full.

Magitech was not supposed to be an open game - it was supposed to be lottery. (Just like James Jacob's game wasn't supposed to be open)
Be happy you got a lottery (especially if you are on the buddy system) - some people didn't get anything - and see if you can trade. I know I'd rather have Minion Quest than Magitech. (Though I don't have Magitech, so I can't trade)

Due to yesterday's technical difficulties, it was necessary to roll back to the initial lottery picks. Since signups after 2 pm were lost, we took the opportunity to fill the friday morning slots that were erroneously not filled with additional lottery picks.

Ah I did not realize it was one of the lottery games that got wrongfully dropped for other people. Thanks for the clarification.

Hrmm. I'm seeing your error on our end and I'm not quite sure what's causing it. Can you try logging out and back in?
Should we assume if we had an event on our schedule before, now don't, and the event is full, we are out of luck?

You can propose an event trade for the game that you want, or you can check back to see if a seat becomes available.
I'm trying to sign up for an open event on Saturday @ 1pm, the only other event I have is from 8am-1pm. The site was allowing it before but now will not accept any 1pm slot events.
