Taking Rapid Reload

When I take Rapid Reload as a feat and want to apply it to a pistol, do I take Rapid Reload (pistol) or do I take the catch-all Rapid Reload (one-handed firearms)? I thought it was the former, but RR's updated text in Ultimate Combat makes it seem like the latter is the case.
