Does this adventure need to be run as large event for credit or can it be run with my home group with just one table, one GM, and no Overseer?

Shadow Lodge 4/5 **** Venture-Captain, Michigan—Mt. Pleasant

It has to be run with a minimum of 3 tables. So that's 9 players, 3 gms and 1 overseer for 13 people minimum.

Thanks! Can you tell me where to find that in the rules, just for my information?

Shadow Lodge 4/5 **** Venture-Captain, Michigan—Mt. Pleasant

From the scenario product page.

Quote:
This special is designed for play in Pathfinder Society Organized Play, but can easily be adapted for use with any world. It is a single scenario played by multiple tables simultaneously (minimum 3) and requires one GM per table and an overseer GM to coordinate the entire event. This special is compliant with the Open Game License (OGL) and is suitable for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.

Hehe, I feel a bit foolish. Thanks!

Not a problem. :)

I also had a question about this Scenario

I am in a situation at my local game store where I have had the opportunity to schedule this with what looks to be 4 tables

my question ... is on reporting it ... since it follows a non standard reporting style ... how does this get reported so that everyone involved gets credit ?

also does this follow the standard GM Credit / Player Credit

what about the overseer .. and how exactly do they get reported

Thread Necro!

Concerning Act 4: Where exactly does the 10-11 encounter take place? On the lawn of the grand lodge? What maps have you used in the past for this?

The same place and the same map as for the other tiers:

Specials are reported just like any other tables, with one exception.

So, for each of your 4 tables, report as usual. Then report a fifth table with a GM and no players for the overseer.

Yeah, I totally missed that D3 was the courtyard. It's got such a tiny box for a place with that much action going on. I literally read right past it.

So, uh. I'm preparing for our region to run this one and I'm trying to sort out how the distract-the-dragon mechanic works.

Edit: Well, after posting this, I think I figured it out. It's kind of nuts, but it's a nine-year-old interactive special. Nevermind!
