I also had a question about this Scenario
I am in a situation at my local game store where I have had the opportunity to schedule this with what looks to be 4 tables
my question ... is on reporting it ... since it follows a non standard reporting style ... how does this get reported so that everyone involved gets credit ?
also does this follow the standard GM Credit / Player Credit
what about the overseer .. and how exactly do they get reported

Concerning Act 4: Where exactly does the 10-11 encounter take place? On the lawn of the grand lodge? What maps have you used in the past for this?
The same place and the same map as for the other tiers:
the dragon is perched atop the roof [of the Mausoleum] attacking all approaching the building.

Specials are reported just like any other tables, with one exception.
So, for each of your 4 tables, report as usual. Then report a fifth table with a GM and no players for the overseer.

Yeah, I totally missed that D3 was the courtyard. It's got such a tiny box for a place with that much action going on. I literally read right past it.

So, uh. I'm preparing for our region to run this one and I'm trying to sort out how the distract-the-dragon mechanic works.
Edit: Well, after posting this, I think I figured it out. It's kind of nuts, but it's a nine-year-old interactive special. Nevermind!
