Question E) Dose he then get NPC Stats after he get his firt charicter level? ie +4 +4+2+2 +0 -2?

D: 10 I think. As you advance to 10 he can advance as well if he has enough xp and this advance will be as a class level.
E: No, he retains his stats but gets stat increases as every npc.
a) Yes but beware, there are factors that modify our leadership score for cohort and followers
b) 5, your cohort is at least 2 levels below you.
c) Yes you must be at least level 9 to recruit a 7th level cohort
d) He gains his 1st class level whenenver your leadership score (and your level) has increased enough to allow him to gain a level. Normally it should be when you are level 10.
e) The archon should get NPCs stats when you recruit him, but this knid of things depends heavily on how the DM treats with cohorts. So you should firts ask him.
