PRD says "A character cannot recover from the damage dealt by a cold environment until she gets out of the cold and warms up again"

So a Cure Light won't recover the nonlethal damage of cold?

I think it's referring to natural recovery. Normally you recover nonlethal damage fairly quickly (I think every hour or so), but that doesn't happen if it's from an intense environment you're still in.
