It's been about a week longer than the estimate, and the track your package link in the email goes to a page that says to contact you guys.

Any idea where this might be?

Hmm, upon reviewing your order it appears that the tracking number wasn't scanned properly when it was picked up by the shipping services. While this does mean that we are unable to track your package, your package should still be en route to you at this time.

Before we take further action, I'd like to give your package a little more time to arrive. It's currently business day 11 since we shipped it which is running a bit past our 8 day estimate, if your package doesn't arrive by next Friday make sure to let us know and we'll take further action at that time.

Thanks for your patience while we gave your first shipment adequate time to arrive. While normally we set replacements to peoples sidecarts for missing products, I've noticed that you'll be attending Paizocon next month.

I'm guessing you'll want to pick your subscription shipment up at the convention next month, and unfortunately we aren't able to bundle additional products with the subscription shipments to be picked up at the convention, so I guess I'll just have to ship out your replacements right now so that you receive them immediately. I hope you're okay with that :)

You should receive a confirmation email in the near future letting you know that your replacements are en route to you, but in the mean time you can check your Order history to confirm its pending status. Thanks!
