Net Rules and Sneak Attack

I have a few questions, if anyone could help me. The answers may be somewhere out there, but I can't seem to find ones that completely answer my questions:

Does the -4 to Dex from being entangled (net) stack with the -4 to Dex from being grappled? Does the -2 to attack from entangled and -2 to attack from grappled stack?

Does being entangled (net) allow you to sneak attack if it denies them their entire Dex bonus to AC, even though entangled doesn't specifically say it denies their Dex bonus to AC?

Does being grappled allow you to sneak attack if it denies them their entire Dex bonus to AC, even though grappled doesn't specifically say it denies their Dex bonus to AC?

I can answer the first question. Yes, penalties stack.

A penalty to Dex, even if large enough does not deny a target's Dex to AC for the purposes of Sneak Attack. The rest I do not know.

I can only address the last two questions. No, if the penalty to dex happens to eliminate a target's entire dex bonus, that is not the same as being denied the dex bonus for the purpose of determining precision damage. Otherwise, a target that STARTS with a -1 dex mod could be constantly sneak-attacked.

If it(any situation) does not say they are denied dex then they are not denied dex. A penalty to dex is not the same as being denied dex to AC.

A dirty trick to blind them will work. The lowered CMD will help with this.

Thanks, that clears up a lot. The rogue in my party won't be happy to hear about the sneak attack, but he'll have to live with the -8 to dex and the fact that grappled targets can't threaten. I'm sure he can find a way to flank.

If he chooses the net feats, he can blind the enemy with his net, and get sneak attack then.
