Greetings,
I recently added a hard cover copy of Ultimate Magic to replace my previous one. However, I noticed I was also charged for a Ultimate Magic PDF when I already had one.
Order 2060814 shows this.
I am not sure what happened here, because I know I only added the hard bound copy to my order. Why would I order a second pdf when I recieved it for free with my subscription last year?
I would like this charge added as credit towards my next subscription order please.

Actually, the PDF on this order is for Ultimate Combat, which you did not already have because you canceled all of your subscriptions when that book was getting ready to ship.
I see that you did personalize and download the file, so I have not issued a refund at this time.

I think you might have misunderstood me cozmo.
I had been a subscriber when the Ultimate Magic book originally came out. It was one of the last items I recieved before I cancelled my subscriptions last year.
(this was why I had mentioned that I did not order the pdf on this latest order. Because I already had it.

Cozmo, for the sake of time here, lets just ask the question, "why would someone order a pdf they already had?"
I understand that there was a confirmation that I missed looking closely at. This is mainly because I have never had a problem with an order other than my original core rule book getting damaged in shipping.
Basically what happened here was I thought I only ordered the book because that was all I needed. Soemhow the pdf got thrown in there.
I did not want the new pdf purchase. I still want my original Subscription copy of the Ultimate Magic pdf to be available to me.

I have issued you a refund for the Ultimate Combat PDF in Paizo store credit. I have also set your subscriptions to use any available store credit as a payment method. Please note that your subscriptions will keep this setting unless you change it, which you can do by going to your My Subscriptions page and unsetting it.
