Where is the Priestess?

In the recent Erastil thread someone made mention of a priestess of a Erastil looking for evidence of a matriarchy.

Which part is this NPC in?

Also, is it the same priestess they use in the Erastil entry in part 2?

From what I understand, the priestess in question is a member of the Pathfinder Society & is written up in the sourcebook for that. Nope, completely different Priestess.
