Item creation feats and NPC gear

If an NPC has an item creation feat, then how should the cost of those items be credited against his gear limit? At full price, or at the half price it would cost her to create it?

GM call. It's a double edged sword, the npc would have more toys to fight with but when the npc goes down, the amount of treasure the PCs get is increased as well. If you are okay with the increased wealth it brings the PCs, go for it.
