Weapon finesse and "natural weapons"

Are unarmed strikes and touch attacks considered natural weapons?
They are body parts after all.

They're considered light so you can use weapon finesse with them.

They are light and can be finessed as Wolf says however iirc they are not "natural weapons" for the purposes of any feats etc which apply solely to such weapons.
