Hi Paizo CS/IT people
I was just browsing my account and happened to confirm I had a pending store credit of $1600 (in preparation for the RoTRL minis later in the year). I also saw a bunch of things waiting for the next subscription shipment and decided to click the "Ship as soon as possible" button.
That took my to the order page, when I remembered an annoying thing about that button - namely that it dumps all the preordered items in with the items in my sidecart (and implies nothing is going to ship until all my preorders have arrived). I therefore decided to cancel that order and returned to my account...
To see that my store credit is now showing only $817.41. Would you be able to look into this for me? I didnt intend to apply any of the credit yet. I'm pretty sure I only hit the 'cancel' button, which shouldnt have changed anything, right?
As a secondary thing - if you could organise shipping my sidecart (or everything that's ready to go, anyhow - presumably the Slumbering Tsar hardcover is still not available) to me by USPS priority mail and charge my credit card then I'd appreciate it.
Hope that's all clear - please let me know if you need any further information.
Cheers
Steve

Hey Steve,
I reviewed your pending / future orders and I was able to determine where the store credit was distributed. When you cancelled moving the sidecart items to an order it placed them back in your sidecart, but it set them to use store credit. I have marked them not to and you should now be able to see the full amount of your store credit in your account at this time. Thanks for checking with us on this!
I have also set the currently stocked items in your sidecart to their own seperate order which should be shipping shortly via USPS Priority Mail as requested. Unfortunately Slumbering Tsar isn't quite ready yet, but let me know if theres anything else I can help you with!

Thanks very much, Erik. I figured something like that had happened. Presumably, before cancelling, I should have reversed the automatic allocation of store credit? I kind of figured cancel would cancel everything.
For future reference, can you tell me what would have happened had I proceeded with the order? Would it really have sat there until all my preorders arrived?
It seems unfortunate if there's no way to say "Ship everything that's currently available" without having to bug CS about it (although no doubt there's a lot of order related stuff that's harder than it seems it would be).
