Not sure on ideas, and not sure why, but someone said that a Mystic Theurge/Cleric/Magus was a scary idea (assuming awesome.)
Not sure. But you would have a crapload of spells to spellstrike with Spellblending
Also wonder if the Mystic Theurge Lv 10 ability lets you spellstrike with both spells.
I don't think it's a good idea.
1) You get the MT ½ BAB and 1d6 HD's - bad for any melee type. You lose favorit class (1 extra HP/lvl) - another minus.
2) You loose stall the magus spell casting and more importantly higher level power - imp spell recall (!), heavy armor casting.
3) You only gain a few low level cleric spell. You don't get the lvl 8 cleric domain power - and the channeling will be a joke.
Since you are way behind i cleric casting you just get acces to a few low level spells that you don't really have time to cast anyway - bull str? Divine favor - Defending bone is nice - if you start as a cleric - but not this late in the campagin.
Carrion Crown stops at around lvl 15 - so you end up with lvl 4 cleric spells - and since you just made a MAD char your DC's isn't going to be worth a damn.
4) If you just go magnus all the way (with the almost mandatory sorc dip - if you want him optimized) you get more haste/day and you continue to add bonus to your weapon with your arcane pool.
5) Magus is 75% melee and 25% caster - if you want more caster - go for a full caster - even a sorc/cleric/MT would be better than mixing Magus and cleric IMHO.
6) maybe a oracle dip with wind mystery - Votex spells revalation would be worth it with the magus spellstrike ability - even undeads can be staggered...
