While using the Crossblooded Sorcerer Archetype, What do you think are the best combination of bloodlines to use? Not sure exactly what type of caster I want to be yet, but I know I don't want to take a physical role in combat, but to be more of a traditional caster.

really depends on what you want to do with the sorcerer, you probably could just check out some optimization threads about what the 'best' combo is for a certain build.
As far as blasting goes I do remember primal/draconic with matching elements can help boost boost damage of certain type of damage and orc/brutal is better(+3 damage per die) when you target single targets
